What To Expect

So you want to kick start summer feeling strong and healthy? The time to start is now! Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your flexibility, or simply get in better shape, this program has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. No equipment? No problem! I have included movements that require little to no equipment, so you can get a great workout in regardless of what you have at home. 100 days to Summer is designed to not only make you look and feel amazing, but it will help to develop the habit of fitness. Over the next 100 days you are going to feel different, you’ll have more energy, develop confidence and I promise you’ll even enjoy it! These workouts are not easy - real results will only come from hard work! But they are easy to implement and follow. You'll quickly feel a boost and it will be impossible to stop! You’ve taken the first step to a stronger, healthier, more active you. On the rest days there's nutrition and wellness tips. From what to eat, what are macro's and intermittent fasting, to meditation and breathwork. With our home workout videos, you can fit in a workout whenever and wherever you want, making it easy to prioritize your health and fitness no matter how busy your schedule. Be prepared to move every day. Don’t worry, we're in this together. I’ll check in along the way to make sure you are doing the work.
